Ms. Imelda P. Manalu joined ABNR as senior associate in April 2012. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Trisakti, majoring in Civil Law. In 1992, she earned her LL.M degree from American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C., USA, majoring in International Trade and Banking. Prior to joining ABNR, she worked for a number of multinational companies in Indonesia which engaged in finance and consumer goods, as well as for IBRA (Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency).

She has extensive experience in matters involving general corporate law, banking and finance, debt restructuring, merger and acquisition.
