Mr. Agus Ahadi Deradjat joined ABNR in November 1996 and has been a partner since 2004. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in February of 1996, with a major in business law. He has been involved in a wide range of practice areas, including: corporate matters and restructurings, foreign investment, project financings, mergers and acquisitions, privatization, and telecommunications. He has significant experience in advising and representing multinational companies engaged in various sectors of industries, which include: manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil and gas services, hospitality, information technology, plantation and the automobile industries. During the years 2000-2001, he was assigned to an international firm in New York.
