Ms. Miriam Andreta joined ABNR as an Associate in 2007. She graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Law, University of Gadjah Mada, majoring in Civil Law. In ABNR, she has been part of the teams of lawyers assisting clients in financing, investment, banking and corporate matters. Among the major ABNR transactions in which she has taken part are those relating to debt restructuring and share acquisition.
