Ms. Ammalia P. Putri became an associate in ABNR in 2008. She graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Law, University of Padjadjaran, majoring in International Law. In ABNR, she has assisted clients in investment, general corporate matters as well as in plantation and acquisition projects. She has also been involved in ABNR’s transactions relating to domestic and overseas initial public offerings, bond issuance, companies restructuring and share acquisitions.
