ASSOCIATE
Mr. Dinasti Brian Harahap joined ABNR as an associate in 2009. He graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences as well as the Faculty of Law of Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, with a double major in International Relations and International Diplomacy and a minor in Business Law. In 2009, he earned his Law Degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law. Prior to joining ABNR, he worked as a research assistant to the Regional Representative of Global Compact, which is part of the United Nations Development Program Indonesia (UNDP).
He was also a visiting Assistant Lecturer for the joint university program of Business Law between the Business School of Curtin University of Technology and the Faculty of Economics of University of UKRIDA, teaching Contract Law.
During his practice in ABNR, he has been involved in investment, general corporate matters, legal due diligence examination in plantation and acquisition projects, banking & finance, merger & acquisitions, environmental law, upstream oil & gas and aviation. In the field of aviation, he has been involved in the lease, sale/purchase, and securitization of aircrafts. He was part of the team of lawyers who assisted the Government of Indonesia in the issuance of the 2009 Government Bonds and the issuance of the 2010 Global Medium Term Note Program of the Republic of Indonesia. He also took part in the probono work of preparing Indonesia's country report which supported Fight against Child Exploitation and Women's Sexual Abuse for the International Center for Missing Children (ICMEC).
