Ms. Tara Riandika joined ABNR as an associate in July 2011. She earned her law degree in 2009 from the Faculty of Law of University of Indonesia, majoring in Economic Law.In ABNR, she has assisted clients in general corporate matters, as well as in plantation, investment, and mining projects. She has also been involved in several major transactions relating to domestic and overseas initial public offerings, bond issuance, and acquisitions.
