Mr. Maher Asmoro Putra Sasongko joined ABNR as an associate in January 2012. He graduated in 2011 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Padjadjaran, majoring in International Law. As a student he represented his university in the 7th Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot, in Hong Kong, SAR, and together with his team successfully gained a spot in the Top 32 teams. He also acted as Head of Private International Law Research of Himpunan Mahasiswa Hukum Internasional (HIMAIN or International Law Students Association) from 2009-2010. In ABNR, he has been part of the teams of lawyers that assist clients in various transactions related to financing, foreign investment, general corporate matters, as well as in litigation, and has gained extensive experience and regulatory knowledge in these areas.
