Inaugural Edition: ABNR Morning Dialogue
Last Friday, we hosted the 1st edition of ABNR Morning Dialogue, an invitation-only forum bringing together senior industry leaders and key government officials for a candid conversation on the changing tides of Indonesia's maritime policy.
On the agenda: "Transformasi Maritim: Pasca Satu Tahun Implementasi Perubahan Ketiga Undang-Undang Pelayaran" ("Maritime Transformation: One Year After the Third Amendment of the Shipping Law")
The dialogue featured direct engagement with Bapak Ninoy Octavianes and Bapak M. Shorimullah Ghifari from the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, offering guests a rare firsthand perspective on policy direction and implementation.
Frank, focused, and delivered exactly what this program was built for. As part of our journey toward 60 years of practicing law in Indonesia in 2027, the next edition is already in the works.
