Claudia Inggrid joined ABNR in October 2021 and became an associate shortly thereafter. She graduated in 2021 from the University of Indonesia, majoring in private law. During her university years, she was actively involved with the Asian Law Student Association as manager of its legal research and development division.
At ABNR, she focuses on Banking & Finance, Projects & Energy and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
In banking and finance, she has assisted in several domestic and offshore financing transactions. Recently, she was involved in hybrid (conventional/sharia) syndicated financing of up to IDR 4.3 trillion for a public-listed Indonesian palm oil company.
In projects & energy, Claudia has worked on several legal due diligence investigations that involved financing for the development of several types of power plant.
In FDI, she assisted a variety of foreign investors to establish themselves in Indonesia. She also guides companies, with expansion plans, through the regulatory and compliance maze. Claudia is also part of a team that regularly advises international retail companies on trade and distribution matters in Indonesia.
