Gladyne is an associate whose main practice areas are banking & finance, real estate, and corporate/M&A.

In banking and finance, she assists both domestic and multinational companies with compliance and day-to-day legal matters and has been involved in multiple projects and transactions involving financial institutions such as insurance companies, banks, asset management companies, and fintech startups.

In real estate, she advises on all aspects of Indonesian real estate law, including land acquisition, licensing, and spatial planning. She has participated in a number of asset acquisition transactions, and related legal due diligence. Her recent work includes assisting with the acquisition of commercial property in Senopati district, South Jakarta.

In corporate/M&A, she has been involved in due diligence investigations into several share transfers and M&A transactions and has assisted with the establishment of foreign investment companies, as well as general corporate matters.

Gladyne was also a member of the ABNR team that assisted PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) on their recent issuance of conventional and Islamic bonds under a shelf registration, which consists of IDR 700 billion of conventional bonds and IDR 300 billion of Islamic bonds.

Gladyne graduated cum laude from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2022. She previously interned at Bank Indonesia (Indonesia’s central bank), and at an edutech start-up company.
