Tita, an associate at ABNR, specialises in banking & finance, debt restructuring, and aviation matters.

In banking & finance and debt restructuring, she advises banks and financial institutions on transactional debt finance matters, mergers & acquisition in the banking and finance sectors, and a wide range of financial transactions in both the fintech and telecommunications sectors.

In aviation, she advises on aircraft procurement transactions, and on asset-backed security loan transactions as counsel to both financiers and lessors. She has also assisted clients with the pre-qualification processes for a number of airport development projects in Indonesia using public-private partnership schemes, as well as transactions involving aircraft maintenance facilities.

Tita graduated in 2015 from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, and earned a master’s degree in air and space law from Leiden University in 2018.

Prior to joining ABNR, Tita spent a number of years working at other prominent law firms in Indonesia, as well as a government institution. She also served internships with companies in the Netherlands and United Kingdom.
