Marshel is an associate who focuses her practice on corporate/M&A, banking & finance, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), and energy & mineral resources.

In corporate/M&A, she has participated in numerous due diligence projects for both minority and majority stake acquisitions, drafted transaction documents, advised on corporate matters, including management changes and share transfers.

In banking and finance, she has advised financial services companies on financial markets regulatory matters, navigated compliance requirements, and assisted in offering transactions involving the financial services authority. Recently, she was part of a team advising a Singaporean tech giant on asset-backed securities transactions. She has also assisted with loan and financing transactions.

In TMT, she has advised several multinational companies on regulatory compliance, covering areas including gaming, personal data protection, electronic system operator, e-commerce, personal data protection, telecommunications, and electronic information and transactions.

In energy & mineral resources, she has assisted in transactions and projects involving mining companies and power plants, providing advice on investment and divestment requirements, as well as licensing issues for mining companies.

Marshel graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2023, majoring in Business Law. In 2022, she studied Mandarin for a year at Peking University, China, enhancing her proficiency in the language. Her language skills have facilitated effective communication with Chinese clients on various matters.
