Isabella is an associate at ABNR whose practice covers general corporate, foreign direct investment (FDI), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of regulatory, transactional, and governance matters across industries including manufacturing and trading,.

In general corporate and FDI, Isabella regularly supports multinational clients with the establishment and operational compliance of their Indonesian entities. Her work includes advising on corporate structuring, foreign ownership restrictions, licensing under the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, and day-to-day governance matters. She has assisted numerous foreign investors in establishing and expanding their presence in Indonesia, including joint ventures and full foreign-owned companies.

In M&A, she has been involved in a range of transactions involving share and asset acquisitions, mergers, and internal restructuring. Her experience spans legal due diligence, transaction document drafting, and supporting negotiations and closings for both inbound and outbound investments. Recent matters include the acquisition of manufacturing and trading businesses by foreign investors and post-transaction corporate integration efforts.

Her capital markets work includes advising on equity offerings and corporate actions by listed companies. She has been part of ABNR teams that supported clients in initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, and delisting exercises, as well as working closely with issuers and underwriters to ensure regulatory compliance with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Isabella graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Law.
