Ms. Maya Djatirman joined ABNR as an associate in March 2010 after completing several months of internship as assistant lawyer. She graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University Indonesia. Prior to joining ABNR, she took part in many moot court (International Court of Justice Simulation) competitions such as the Phillip C Jessup competition on Public International Law in Washington DC, the Asia Cup competition on Humanitarian Law in Tokyo, the Manfred Lacht competition on International Space Law in Sydney, and was Indonesia’s representative in the Legal Committee of the Harvard National Model United Nations in Boston.


At ABNR, she has been part of the teams of lawyers who are assisting clients in investment, banking, labor, and general corporate matters as well as in plantation and acquisition projects. Ms. Djatirman has also been part of ABNR’s involvement in major undertakings and transactions relating to domestic and overseas initial public offerings, bond issuance, companies restructuring and share acquisitions.
