Nadiah, who joined ABNR in 2023, is an associate whose main areas of practice include project finance, banking and finance, foreign direct investment (FDI), and capital markets.

In project finance, she has assisted with the financing, refinancing, and security arrangements for numerous large power projects in Indonesia, including the Cirebon Project, Wampu Hydropower Projects, and the Rantau Dedap and Muara Laboh Geothermal Projects. She has also worked on legal due diligence for the financing of several power plants.

In banking and finance, she has worked on many local and international financing transactions. Recently, she has assisted in the financing of a plasma fractionation project in Indonesia. In addition to loan transactions, Nadiah also assisted in advising international banks and financial institutions on derivatives negotiations and transactions under the ISDA and GMRA, especially on the regulatory aspects of the transactions.

In FDI, she advises both domestic and international clients on establishing their business and/or companies in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with the required business licenses and regulations.

In capital markets, she has been involved in several transactions, including initial public offerings and bond issuances. She also advises clients on the regulatory aspects of Indonesian capital markets law and practice. Notably, she was also part of the ABNR team that assisted PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) on their recent issuance of conventional and Islamic bonds under a shelf registration, which consists of IDR 700 billion of conventional bonds and IDR 300 billion of Islamic bonds.

Nadiah graduated cum laude from University of Indonesia in 2022, majoring in public international law. She competed in several competitions, such as the Leiden-Sarin International Air Law Moot Court Competition, the Brazilian Institute for the Law of the Sea International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea Moot Court Competition, and the Model WTO. Prior to joining ABNR, she worked at several other prominent and internationally affiliated law firms in Indonesia.
