ABNR advises Indonesian Rail Operator on USD 49-million Train Set Order
We would like to congratulate our valued client, PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI), a subsidiary of Indonesia’s state rail operator, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (KAI), on their signing of a contract for the procurement of 3 new electric train sets from CRRC Sifang, Co. Ltd., one of the oldest railway rolling stock manufacturers in China.
The contract, which was signed in Beijing on 31 January 2024, is valued at more than Rp 783 billion (approx. USD 49,404,102), with the new rolling stock expected to be delivered later in 2024 and 2025.
The ABNR team that worked on the project was headed by partner Ayik C. Gunadi, and included partner Rita Taufik, and associates Abdurachman Alatas, Regina Cinda, Diva Cintatya, Beverly Laza and Joshua Situmeang.
