ABNR Assisted a Successful Listing of Seres Group Co. Ltd. on SEHK
We are pleased to congratulate our client, Seres Group Co. Ltd. (“Seres”), on the successful completion of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) on 5 November 2025. Seres, a technology company focused on the automotive sector, raised approximately HKD 14.3 billion through the IPO, exceeding the initial offering size and including the exercise of the over-allotment option.
ABNR acted as Indonesian legal counsel that conducted legal due diligence on two of its Indonesian subsidiaries, namely PT Sokonindo Automobile and PT Yuan Powertrain Indonesia. Our scope of work as Indonesian legal counsel included providing analyses under relevant Indonesian law in relation to the business activities of both Seres subsidiaries and their compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The transaction marked Hong Kong’s third-largest IPO and the largest automotive-sector IPO by funds raised year to date. We are honored to have played a part in this landmark offering and deeply appreciate the continued trust placed in us by Seres.
