ABNR Proudly Supports OSL Group’s Expansion into Indonesia’s Digital Financial Asset Markets through Its Acquisition of Koinsayang
We are delighted to share that ABNR had the privilege of advising OSL Group Limited (“OSL”), one of Asia’s leading digital financial asset platforms listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on its successful acquisition of KoinSayang. Through Koinsayang, OSL Group now holds licenses for both spot and derivatives digital asset trading, via PT Multikripto Exchange Indonesia (MEI) and PT Langit Indonesia Berjangka (LIB).
The transaction was completed on 22 September 2025, following satisfaction of all regulatory and contractual conditions. Upon completion, OSL became the indirect majority shareholder of both entities, which now form part of its regulated operations in Indonesia.
The transaction was co-led by Partners Chandrawati Dewi and Monic Devina, supported by Senior Associate Meitiara Bakrie, and Associates Ruth Mendrofa, Marshel Miyata, Gladyne Mesepy, Atika Fajrina, Ershad Murtadho, Edmund Khovey, Alda Eunique, and Ksatria Abimanyu.
