Alda Eunique is an Associate at ABNR Counsellors at Law, specializing in Technology, Media & Communications (TMT), Competition, Banking & Finance, and Corporate/M&A.

In the TMT sector, Alda is involved in assisting multinational and domestic clients on matters relating to data privacy and protection, cybersecurity, digital platforms, e-commerce, social media, telecommunications, and content moderation.

In Competition Law, Alda works with global corporations on Indonesian antitrust requirements, including post-merger notification obligations to the Indonesian Competition Commission. 

In Banking & Finance, Alda’s practice includes supporting domestic and international clients with regulatory requirements and operational matters. Her work spans transactions involving banks, insurance companies, asset managers, fintech startups, cryptocurrency businesses and is actively engaged in projects on licensing obligations, fit and proper assessments, governance matters, as well as financing transactions.

In Corporate/M&A, Alda has been involved in several due diligence processes and transaction document reviews for share and asset acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She also assists with corporate governance, foreign direct investment, licensing, shareholder agreements, and provides ongoing support on regulatory matters across multiple industries.

Alda graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2024, specializing in Business and Technology Law. During her studies, she also earned notable academic and non-academic distinctions, including recognition on the Dean’s List and achieving First Place in the Asian Law Students’ Association Legal Writing Competition.
