Ksatria is an associate at ABNR focusing on Banking & Finance, Competition, Corporate/M&A, and Manpower.

In Competition Law, Ksatria assists multinational clients with merger control notifications and pre-merger consultations before the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU), as well as general antitrust compliance. His recent experience includes supporting the KPPU notification for the acquisition of controlling shares in an Indonesian commercial bank by a leading Korean financial group.

In Banking & Finance, he supports international financial institutions, and conglomerates—including a major Korean financial group, a leading Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, and other financial conglomerates—on fit-and-proper assessments, compliance programs, legal due diligence, licensing requirements, general transactions, and cross-border expansions into the Indonesian market under Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations.

In Corporate and M&A, Ksatria regularly conducts legal due diligence, drafts and reviews transaction documents, and provides advisory support for acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings. His recent experience includes assisting a leading Korean steel conglomerate in their respective investments and acquisitions in Indonesia.

In Manpower Law, Ksatria advises domestic and foreign investors on employment-related matters, including conducting manpower due diligence in transactions, drafting employment agreements and company regulations, ensuring compliance with manpower regulations, and handling the employment aspects of M&A and investment projects.

Ksatria graduated with cum laude from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2024, specializing in Business Law. During his studies, Ksatria actively participated in several prestigious international competitions, representing Universitas Gadjah Mada and earning multiple accolades, including Best Speaker and team awards in the Asia-Pacific regions.
