Reza joined ABNR in October 2021 and was made an associate shortly thereafter. He graduated cum laude in 2018 from Pelita Harapan University, majoring in business law. In 2019, he earned an LL.M degree with merit in international commercial and maritime law from Swansea University, UK.

In ABNR, he has been part of a team that assists numerous clients in the shipping and maritime industry; in addition, he also advises in telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), manpower and general corporate practice.

In his shipping and maritime field, he has represented clients in a variety of shipping matters such as  sale-and-purchase of vessels, reflagging, and others, as well as assisting to establish a subsidiary of one of the largest shipping companies in the world.

In TMT, his work includes providing general advice on technology and services and compliance in Indonesia. Recently, he assisted an Indonesian unicorn company in regulatory and compliance issues.

In Manpower, he is a member of a team in ABNR that worked to represent employers in connection with employment contracts, assistance with termination, providing advice on labor issues in general, as well as to the Industrial Relations Court on employment disputes.

Reza has also been involved in numerous due diligence and project matters, as well as several major transactions, including representation of creditor aircraft lessors in debt restructuring of national flag carrier PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
