Adya, an associate at ABNR, focuses her practice on projects & energy and employment, with an emphasis on projects in the power, construction, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.

In projects & energy, she has worked on a series of Indonesian power-purchase agreements (PPA) spanning all types of energy, both renewable (hydro, geothermal, solar, wind, and waste-to-energy) and conventional, including the development of a regional waste-to-energy treatment facility, financing for the early retirement of a coal-fired power scheme, and electricity export projects. She also worked on a 145 MWac floating solar PV project and a power wheeling cooperation project.

In addition, she participated in a series of high-level reviews of draft legislation in the power sector for an international chamber of commerce in Indonesia, as well as the drafting of a standardized solar-energy PPA and a legal analysis of solar PV rental business models.

In the construction and general infrastructure sector, she has advised on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts, and public-private partnership (PPP) agreements across a wide range of infrastructure projects, including water supply projects, a major street lighting PPP scheme and a number of railway projects. Her work includes the preparation of tender documents, terms of reference and the drafting of agreements. Her recent mandates include drafting contracts for road construction and bauxite transportation, as well as the preparation of a pre-feasibility study in relation to a PPP project for the development of a greenfield airport.

In the resources sector, she advises on mining and oil and gas matters. In the mining sector, she worked on contracts under the pre-2009 mining regime (contracts of work, and coal contracts of work, and licensing under the 2009 mining regime (mining business licenses). In oil and gas, she has extensive experience of advising on or reviewing documents related to production-sharing contracts (PSCs), joint operations, service contracts and gross split PSCs.

In labour & employment, she advises multinational and domestic corporations across the entire spectrum of manpower and immigration law, including employment contracts, secondment agreements, the employment of expatriates in Indonesia, use of agency/contract labor, termination policy strategies and their execution, employee benefits and entitlements, and regulatory and compliance issues.

Adya graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2018, majoring in public international law.
