Bridging Opportunities: ABNR and Shammah Tech Consulting Host Investment Seminar for Chinese Delegation

ABNR and Shammah Tech Consulting jointly hosted "A Guide to Investing in Indonesia" on 25 May 2026, a seminar that brought together a distinguished delegation from Wuxi City, China, led by Ms. Tan Yu Qin, Founder and Chair of Wuxi Jinxin Group, alongside Indonesian participants from the railway, banking, and consulting sectors.

The session kicked off with opening remarks from Bill Tsui (Managing Partner, Shammah Tech Consulting), Ayik Candrawulan Gunadi (Partner, ABNR), and Ms. Tan Yu Qin, before Gombang Wira Satria (Senior Associate, ABNR) led the main presentation, with Mandarin translation support by Marshel Miyata (Associate, ABNR).

Attendees walked away with a grounded understanding of:

• Indonesia's current government priorities and policy direction

• The legal and regulatory framework for foreign investment

• Key sectors, land requirements, and labor considerations

But perhaps the most valuable part of the day wasn't on the slides. A dedicated business matching session gave Chinese and Indonesian participants the space to connect directly, exchange ideas, and explore real collaboration opportunities.
