Arian is an ABNR associate whose main practice areas are banking & finance, corporate/mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and energy & mineral resources.

In banking & finance, he has worked on a wide variety of legal due diligence investigations in the financial sector, with a focus on commercial banks, and finance and insurance companies. He regularly advises financial-sector multinational and domestic clients on licensing and other issues. His recent work includes advising a multinational US-based commercial bank on its operations and services in Indonesia.

In corporate/M&A, he has been involved in M&A-related due diligence projects and transactions across a variety of sectors. His recent work includes the acquisition of an Indonesian commercial bank by a well-known South Korean conglomerate.

In energy & mineral resources, he helped advise PRC-based Ningbo Contemporary Brunp Lygend on the development of their massive USD 15-billion integrated upstream-to-downstream lithium-ion battery project in Indonesia, in collaboration with a number of prominent Indonesian state-owned enterprises.

Arian graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2022, majoring in business law.
