Marlon, an associate at ABNR, focuses his practice on restructuring & insolvency, and dispute resolution.

In restructuring & insolvency, he advises clients on debt restructuring and bankruptcy in business and investment projects. In addition, he frequently represents clients at arbitration, including, most recently, a leading medical devices distributor in an ad hoc arbitration proceeding conducted in Jakarta under the Arbitration Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL Rules). He has also been involved in a number of due diligence projects for M&A, capital markets, and project finance transactions.

Marlon graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2021, majoring in state administrative law. He joined ABNR in December 2022. Previously, he practiced at another prominent Indonesian law firm, where he specialized in commercial litigation, arbitration, and general corporate.
