Agassi, an  associate at ABNR, specializes in technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and dispute resolution, and is a member of the ABNR TMT team that advises many of the world’s best-known tech, internet and social-media companies on their Indonesian operations. He offers particular expertise in data privacy and security, digital content, e-commerce, and online gaming.

In M&A, he has advised on a number of major transactions, including the acquisition of (i) a controlling interest in Indonesia-listed coal mining group PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk and (ii) a minority interest in PT Marga Bara Jaya by Geo Energy Group (through their subsidiary PT Geo Energy Investama).

He is also a member of ABNR’s award-winning dispute resolution team, where he assists clients on civil litigation matters.   

Agassi graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, in 2021, majoring in information, communications and technology, and intellectual property law. Prior to joining ABNR, he practiced at another prominent Jakarta law firm, where he focused on M&A and real estate.
