Khosyi joined ABNR as an associate in December 2021. His main areas of practice encompass commercial and criminal litigation, and dispute resolution.

During his time with ABNR, he has represented a variety of domestic and international clients in marine protection and indemnity insurance claims, shipment of goods, property, and shareholder disputes. He has also represented clients in disputes before the administrative court, as well as debt restructuring proceedings before the commercial court.

In the white-collar crime domain, he regularly assists clients at the Police interview and examination stages, in their dealings with the Attorney General’s Office, and when filing criminal complaints with the Police. He has also advised a number of clients on anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies and guidelines.

Khosyi graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2016, majoring in law and economics.

Prior to joining ABNR, he worked at another prominent Jakarta law firm for several years, where he gained significant first-hand experience of commercial and criminal litigation, including representing clients in their dealings with the law enforcement authorities.
