Sheila began her career at ABNR as a Trainee Associate in November 2021. Her exposure to legal practice, however, went even further back to her time working at a boutique commercial litigation and arbitration firm. Now an Associate, she focuses her practice on Corporate/Mergers and Acquisition (M&A), Competition, and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

In Corporate/M&A, she works on due diligence in a variety of sectors, including acquisition and joint venture transactions for mining, energy and mineral resources, and other industrial companies. In Competition, she has assisted with several post-merger notifications to the Indonesian Competition Commission.

In FDI, she has advised and assisted a number of multinational enterprises on investment requirements, lines of business under the Indonesian standard classifications, and other regulatory and compliance issues in Indonesia.

Sheila graduated from Gadjah Mada University in 2020, specializing in business law. As a student, she also participated in several moot court competitions. With her teammates, she won the Best Exhibition Memorials award at the International Round of the 2017 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. and made it into the Top 10 Respondent Memorials list at the 2018 Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot in Stockholm.
