Aldi’s primary practice areas are capital markets, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate.

In capital markets, he has been involved in a variety of projects and transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues, medium-term bond issuances, and creation of the real estate investment trusts, and other investment products.

In M&A, he has advised both domestic and multinational corporations on a variety of projects and transactions. In 2022, he worked on the acquisition of a significant minority interest in PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk, a digital bank, by Investree Singapore Pte Ltd, the Singaporean holding company of an Indonesian P2P company.

In 2021, he assisted PT Bank Permata Tbk with their takeover of Bangkok Bank Public Co Ltd’s Indonesia branches, which involved the issuance of USD 700 million Additional Tier-1 Subordinated Notes to Bangkok Bank Public Co Ltd and the receipt of a USD 765 million advance capital payment from the bank. This was the first takeover of a foreign bank’s operations of this kind to be conducted following the issuance of new OJK regulations on the issue.

In general corporate, he has advised a long list of domestic and multinational corporations, including assisting with the establishment of joint venture companies, conducting due diligence investigations, advising on corporate operations, structuring and negotiating shareholder agreements, and other assisting with other corporate actions.

Aldi, a 2015 graduate of Padjadjaran University, Bandung, joined ABNR in November 2023 as an associate from another prominent Jakarta law firm. He is admitted to the Indonesian bar and a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
