Shali, an Associate at ABNR, focuses her practice on projects & energy, real estate, foreign direct investment (FDI) and aviation matters.

In projects & energy, she works on various power plant projects, advising international clients and cooperating with well-established international law firms in the establishment and licensing of Independent Power Producers. She also specializes on construction-related matters, including assisting clients to prepare FIDIC-based construction contracts including for constructing mining facilities and data center provider companies. Her recent work includes assisting Geo Energy Resources on the USD 151-million project on Coal Road and Port Deal. 

In real estate, she advises international and domestic clients on the compliance with Indonesia real estate law, including land acquisition, spatial planning, land titles conversion and land licensing. Her recent work includes a variety of land acquisition transactions for Independent Power Producers projects, resorts and hotels, and mining land procurement.

In FDI, she assists international and domestic clients in business establishments, ensuring compliance with Indonesian investment regulations and licensing system.

In aviation, she also worked on a series of aviation transactions, including aircraft leases, repossessions, and registrations. 

Shali graduated cum laude from University of Indonesia in 2022, where she majored in International Public Law. During her time on campus, she actively participates in international mooting competitions and won several prestigious awards. Prior to joining ABNR, Shali practiced law at a prominent infrastructure law firm, gaining exposure to a wide range of legal practices, including national infrastructure projects, public-private partnership projects, and general corporate matters.
