Rizal, an associate at ABNR, focuses his practice on projects & energy, construction and real estate.

In projects & energy, he has advised on a wide variety of matters, including the rules governing the operation of independent power producers, the cross-border electricity trade, public private partnerships, and a water treatment plant project.

In construction and real estate, he has assisted an international energy company with their acquisition of land for the development of an industrial park, and an oleochemicals company on their construction of a new plant.

Prior to joining ABNR, he practiced law at another leading Indonesian law firm, and before that worked as in-house counsel at a prominent energy company, which exposed him to a diverse range of legal practice areas and projects, including public private partnerships, the cross-border electricity trade, water treatment projects, and corporate and financing matters.
