Reynard joined ABNR as an associate in May 2011 and was promoted to senior associate in 2017. He graduated in 2008 from Parahyangan University, Bandung, majoring in International Law. Prior to joining ABNR, he worked at specialized banking & finance and mergers & acquisitions boutique Indonesian law firms as an associate.

At ABNR, he has focused on banking & finance, debt restructuring, and project finance, especially government infrastructure for power plants and the telecommunications sector, and aviation.

His notable experience includes assisting in a USD2.5 billion unsecured bond offering in 2012 by state-owned energy company PT Pertamina (Persero). Previously, Reynard worked on issuance of the largest high-yielding bond in 2009 of USD800 million by PT Adaro Indonesia, one of Indonesia's largest coal companies. This deal was recognized as deal of the year by many. He also assisted Adaro to acquire a controlling interest in PT Bhakti Energi Persada and its subsidiaries in 2010 and 2011.

Most recently, Reynard's work has included assisting Indonesian buyers with the USD 2.6-billion acquisition financing of PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (previously PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara), the operator and developer of the second-largest copper and gold mine in Indonesia. The transaction was named Debt Market Deal of the Year 2017 by Singapore-based legal publisher Asian Legal Business.

From 2016 to 2018, he assisted with a number of government power plant infrastructure projects, representing a consortium of senior lenders for the USD 3.4 billion financing of the Central Java IPP Power Project, which was named Project Finance Deal of the Year by International Financial Law Review. He also worked on three other geothermal and coal-fired power plant projects.

He has also assisted in the project financings of major telecommunication projects, notably the Palapa Ring fiber optic project in 2016 and the procurement for two PSN VI satellites in 2017.

Reynard  has worked on a long list of aviation matters, ranging from aircraft procurements and repossessions (the latter both amicable and hostile) involving Indonesian airlines, and advising on asset-backed security loan transactions as counsel for both financiers and lessors.

His recent work include advising an Ireland-based helicopter leasing company on the Indonesian aspects of the sale of four helicopters following the company's filing for bankruptcy protection in November 2018.

He has also advised on the purchase, novation, financing, and procurement of 21 aircraft across Southeast Asia to one of the largest airline groups in Indonesia, and on the Indonesian aspects of refinancing by an Irish borrower. He is also part of the international legal team advising creditors on suspension of payment claims against national carrier PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
