Jesslyn joined ABNR in 2021 and focuses her practice on general corporate law, foreign direct investment (FDI), and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), with a particular emphasis on clients in the pharmaceutical and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
In general corporate and FDI, Jesslyn regularly advises domestic and multinational clients on company establishment, corporate maintenance, and ongoing compliance with Indonesia’s investment and sectoral regulatory frameworks applicable to business operations. She has experience guiding foreign investors through the country’s investment framework, including business classifications under the KBLI system and OSS-based licensing processes. She also assisted in the establishment of PT Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Indonesia, a new subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, as part of Telkom’s corporate restructuring and spin-off strategy.
In M&A, Jesslyn has participated in multiple cross-border due diligence and transaction projects. Most recently, she was involved in the merger of two foreign investment pharmaceutical wholesalers under the IMCD Group, advising on licensing transfers and preparing key transaction documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
In pharma and FMCG sectors, Jesslyn is a key member of an ABNR team that assists leading multinational manufacturers and distributors with their Indonesia operations. Her work includes advising on product registration, importation, distribution, promotional activities, contract drafting, including supply and distribution agreements.
Jesslyn earned her Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) degree cum laude in 2021 from the University of Indonesia, majoring in business law. She then completed her Master’s degree in Notarial Law, also graduating cum laude, from the same university in 2023.
