In ABNR, Jesslyn advises on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), with a particular emphasis on matters involving pharma, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Her TMT work includes advising leading multinational telecommunications, technology, and social media companies on agreements and Indonesian regulatory issues and compliance matters. She recently served on a team that assisted a leading Indonesian telecommunications operator with a sale-and-leaseback transaction for its telecommunications towers and fiber optic cables.

In pharma and FMCG, Jesslyn is a key member of an ABNR group that regularly advises multinational  pharmaceutical, food, and household goods manufacturers on distribution, marketing and compliance issues.

In M&A, she has been involved in numerous M&A-related due diligence projects and transactions.

Jesslyn graduated cum laude from the  University of Indonesia in 2021, where she majored in business law.
