Lisa who has been with ABNR since November 2000 is a senior associate. She has been part of the ABNR teams of lawyers assisting clients in project finance especially for security arrangements and capital markets regulatory & compliance.

In project finance, she has worked on the financing and security arrangements of many of the largest power projects in Indonesia in recent years, including the Paiton Expansion Project, Tanjung Jati B Expansion Project, Sarulla Project, Banten IPP Project, Cirebon Project and Cirebon Expansion Project, Central Java Power Project, the 200-MW Kalsel coal-fired power plant, the Wampu and Semangka Hydro Power Projects, and the Rantau Dedap and Muara Laboh Geothermal Projects.

In capital markets regulatory & compliance, she has advised PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI - Indonesian Central Clearing Agency) on KPEI regulations and their compatibility with global standards.

Lisa graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University in 1992, majoring in Civil Law. In 1995, she earned an MBA degree from the Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio, USA, majoring in International Business.

Before joining ABNR, she worked for various securities companies in Jakarta in corporate finance, underwriting and marketing departments.
