Reza is an associate at ABNR whose practice spans technology, media & telecommunications (TMT), intellectual property (IP), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate law. Over the course of her career, she has developed strong industry knowledge and experience advising both domestic and international clients across a variety of sectors.
In the TMT space, Reza regularly advises major global and regional technology and telecommunications companies on artificial intelligence (AI), digital content compliance, advertising regulations, and broader technology-related legal issues in Indonesia. Her recent work includes advising Indonesia’s largest integrated telecommunications group on complex corporate structuring and spin-off transactions as part of a broader digital transformation and infrastructure consolidation strategy.
In intellectual property, Reza is a key member of ABNR’s IP team, where she advises international clients on a wide range of matters, including franchising, IP registration and renewals, licensing agreements, opposition proceedings, IP disputes, and IP due diligence. She has also co-authored a publication on Indonesian IP law, reflecting her active engagement with the evolving regulatory landscape.
In M&A, Reza has participated in numerous high-value transactions and legal due diligence projects for both Indonesian and foreign companies. She is actively involved in complex corporate restructuring initiatives, including spin-offs, asset acquisitions, and disposals. Her recent experience includes advising on the acquisition of a foreign-owned Indonesian hospital operator by an international investor, and assisting in the establishment of a joint venture steel manufacturing company through the acquisition of an Indonesian producer by a consortium of regional and domestic industrial investors.
Reza graduated with a degree in business law from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2022.
