Reza, an associate at ABNR, advises clients across a diverse range of  practice areas that include technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), intellectual property (IP), mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate.

Her TMT work includes advising on artificial intelligence (AI), digital content compliance, advertising, and general issues related to technology and compliance in Indonesia.

She is a member of the specialized ABNR TMT team that advises many of the world’s best known telecommunications, technology, and social media companies on Indonesian regulatory and licensing compliance matters. Recently, she was part of an ABNR team that advised a leading Indonesian telecommunications operator on the establishment of a new subsidiary.

She also advises on IP projects and due-diligence exercises, and has co-authored an article on Indonesian IP law.

In M&A, she has participated in a series of major transactions and due diligence projects for a wide range of both domestic and international companies, with her recent work including the acquisition of a foreign-owned Indonesian hospital operator by a foreign company.

Reza graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2022, majoring in Business Law.
