Sheila joined ABNR in 2021 and has since built a growing practice focused on competition law, corporate/M&A, and foreign direct investment (FDI).

In competition law, she regularly advises multinational and domestic clients on a broad range of antitrust matters, including post-merger notifications to the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU), compliance reviews, and the application of Indonesian competition regulations across various business sectors. Sheila has also assisted in defending clients in KPPU investigations and litigation involving alleged competition-law violations.

Her corporate/M&A work includes conducting legal due diligence and supporting transactional structuring across sectors such as energy and natural resources, healthcare (including hospitals and clinics), and industrial manufacturing. She also advises on corporate governance and day-to-day corporate compliance matters.

In FDI, Sheila guides foreign investors through Indonesia’s investment framework, including company establishment, structuring, classification of lines of business under the KBLI system, and regulatory compliance for operations in Indonesia.

Prior to joining ABNR, Sheila worked at a boutique Indonesian law firm specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration, where she gained foundational experience in dispute resolution. She earned her law degree from Gadjah Mada University, majoring in business law.
