M. Husseyn Umar and Theodoor Bakker admitted as Fellows to CIArb
We are pleased to announce that our Of Counsel M. Husseyn Umar and our Foreign Counsel Theodoor Bakker have recently been admitted as Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators ("CIArb").
The CIArb is the distinguished global membership body for dispute resolution professionals. Established in 1915, it is a not-for-profit organization that exists for the world-wide promotion, facilitation and development of all forms of private dispute resolution to maximize the contribution that dispute resolution practitioners make. The CIArb is based in London and has a global membership of around 12,000 members in more than 110 countries. Messrs. Husseyn Umar and Bakker bring amongst them extensive and wide-ranging experience in dispute resolution to the firm’s expanding domestic and international commercial arbitration practice.
