Evelyn is an associate at ABNR whose practice centers on intellectual property (IP) and franchising, with a focus on trademarks and patents. She advises both domestic and international clients on a broad range of IP-related matters, including clearance, protection, and enforcement strategies.

Her core work includes assisting clients with the preparation, filing, and prosecution of trademark and patent applications before Indonesia’s Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP). She also handles oppositions, appeal, renewals, and recordal matters, as well as supporting clients with IP portfolio management across multiple jurisdictions.

Evelyn is an integral member of ABNR’s IP litigation team and has been involved in representing clients in trademark infringement disputes before the Commercial Court and through all levels of judicial review up to the Supreme Court of Indonesia. She also advises on franchising compliance and registration requirements under Indonesian law.

Before joining ABNR, Evelyn practiced at one of Indonesia’s oldest and most established intellectual property boutique law firms, where she advised on a full spectrum of IP matters. She also interned at INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle) in Lyon, gaining international experience during her postgraduate studies in France.

She is a licensed advocate and a registered Indonesian IP consultant.
