Nesya joined ABNR in November 2021, prior to which she was employed as an associate at another prominent Indonesian law firm, where she focused on banking & finance and capital markets matters. She graduated cum laude from Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta in 2021, majoring in business law. At ABNR, she focuses on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), banking & finance, capital markets, and foreign direct investment (FDI).

In M&A/banking & finance, she has been involved in variety of acquisitions, primarily involving financial institutions. Her recent projects include the acquisition of a publicly listed consumer finance company by a South Korean financial services group, and the acquisition of a securities company and an investment manager by a South Korean conglomerate.

In capital markets, she has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues, and tender offers. She also prepared legal advisories for both domestic and international clients in on capital market-related matters.

In FDI, she has advised on the establishment, licensing, and compliance requirements of foreign investment companies in a  variety of industrial and economic sectors.
