The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“MEMR”) has issued MEMR Regulation No. 17 of 2013 regarding Purchase of Electricity Power by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (“PLN”) from Photovoltaic (Fotovoltaik) Solar Power Plant (“Solar Energy Regulation”).
