Nindi joined ABNR in August 2012 and became an associate in August 2013. She graduated in 2012 from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University. In addition to that, she has passed the Indonesian bar exam as held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).

In ABNR she has been involved in major transactions relating to merger and acquisition and has been part of the teams that assist clients in various other matters such as financing, mining and general corporate.
