Anny Yulia, a senior associate at ABNR, has an extensive practice focused on general corporate, foreign direct investment (“FDI”), M&A, capital markets, banking & finance, project financing, tourism & hospitality and fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”).
In Corporate, FDI and M&A, she advises leading domestic and multinational corporations on general corporate matters, and transactions spanning such sectors as manufacturing industry, finance, services, hotel management, oil & gas, automotive, food & beverage, education, plantation & agriculture, FMCG, dairy products and chemicals.
In Capital Markets, she has assisted clients with their initial public offerings and rights issues in the banking and financial services, insurance and industrial sectors.
In her Banking, Corporate Finance and Project Finance practices, she advises on onshore and offshore financing, including domestic and cross-border syndicated/ consortium and bilateral lending transactions, and loan restructurings.
She has extensive experience in tourism & hospitality, representing leading offshore and onshore multinational hospitality companies and operators of five-star hotels in Jakarta and Bali.
In FMCG, she has advised multinational companies in the household, chemicals, food & beverage, dairy and consumer retail products sectors.
Anny was named “Best Law Graduate 1996/1997” by the University of Indonesia, where she majored in Economic Law. In 2002, she earned her LL.M degree at Leiden University in the Netherlands, majoring in International Business Law.
