In the plantation sector, we have advised on acquisitions and divestments of plantation companies, including large-scale plantation businesses, and on related land, licensing and operational issues. In the forestry sector, we have acted as legal counsel on matters relating to forest utilisation and management, including permits for industrial plantation forests (HTI), utilisation of timber forest products, and the interface between forestry regulations and project financing or other regulated activities, including mining operations in forest areas.
