Project finance is a central pillar of our practice. We advise on the financing and development of large-scale and complex projects in Indonesia across the power, energy, natural resources, telecommunications, transportation, water, waste and other infrastructure sectors.
We act for lenders, project sponsors, developers, contractors and project companies on all aspects of project finance transactions, including the structuring, documentation and implementation of limited-recourse and non-recourse financing arrangements. Our work spans the full lifecycle of projects, from development and procurement through construction, operation, refinancing and restructuring, and frequently involves projects with multiple financing sources, government participation and public-private partnership structures.
We are regularly engaged alongside international law firms and act for global financial institutions, export credit agencies and multilateral lenders, reflecting our standing as trusted Indonesian counsel on complex cross-border project financings.
Our project finance team works closely with our energy and infrastructure, banking and finance, capital markets, competition, labour and regulatory practices to deliver integrated advice on transactions involving complex contractual frameworks, regulatory approvals, procurement processes and long-term risk allocation.
